It snowed, we built a fire out at the fire pit, had smores, and never had a problem getting in and out. It was a great place to stay and we are already talking about coming back.

The cabin itself was well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Exploring nearby Trout Lake, Grandfather Mountains, and driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway were highlights of our trip. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions for the somewhat narrow, unpaved road leading to the cabin. We appreciated their quick responses and overall hospitality. Our family had a wonderful time and created memories that will last a lifetime. Will surely come back for the stay.
